{"id":1352,"date":"2016-08-10T19:43:12","date_gmt":"2016-08-10T19:43:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.petroblog.com.br\/?p=1352"},"modified":"2016-08-13T16:32:10","modified_gmt":"2016-08-13T16:32:10","slug":"certificacao-de-valvulas-de-alivio-e-seguranca-psvs-com-selo-asme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.petroblog.com.br\/?p=1352","title":{"rendered":"Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de V\u00e1lvulas de Al\u00edvio e Seguran\u00e7a-PSVs com selo ASME"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de PSVs com selo ASME se inicia com os testes e as auditorias previstos pelo National Board publica\u00e7\u00e3o NB-18 National Board Pressure Relief Device Certification Administrative Requirements.<\/p>\n<p>O National Board prev\u00ea a\u00a0<u>certifica\u00e7\u00e3o NB<\/u>\u00a0para Fabricante (Manufacturer) e para Montador (Assembler), conforme definidos no c\u00f3digo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, no caso o ASME Sec VIII DIV1\u00a0Requirements of UG-136(c) and (d):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0<em><u>Manufacturer<\/u><\/em>is defined as a person or organization who is completely responsible for design, material selection, capacity certification, manufacture of all component parts, assembly, testing, sealing, and shipping of pressure relief valves certified under this Division.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00a0<em><u>Assembler\u00a0<\/u><\/em>is defined as a person or organization who purchases or receives from a Manufacturer or another Assembler the necessary component parts or pressure relief valves and assembles, adjusts, testes, seals, and ships pressure relief valves certified under this Division, at a geographical location other than and using facilities other than those used by the Manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da <u>certifica\u00e7\u00e3o NB,<\/u> conforme NB-18, tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 o\u00a0<u>certifica\u00e7\u00e3o VR,<\/u>\u00a0conforme NB-23 National Board Inspection Code, para reparos em PSVs, complementado pelas publica\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0NB-514 Accreditation of VR Repair Organizations e NB-550 Application for National Board VR Certificate of Authorization to Repair Pressure Relief Valves.<\/p>\n<p>Para fornecimento ou manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e reparo de PSVs sempre se requer que a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o contemple o Selo ASME, ou seja, somente a certifica\u00e7\u00e3o do National Boarding n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.petroblog.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o-ASME-de-PSVs1.pdf\">Certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ASME de PSVs<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O processo de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de PSVs com selo ASME se inicia com os testes e as auditorias previstos pelo National Board publica\u00e7\u00e3o NB-18 National Board Pressure Relief Device Certification Administrative Requirements.
